Job Responsibilities

As a Station Manager at Besikta, you have a central and responsible role where you combine leadership, business acumen, and operational work. You are responsible for the daily operations at the station(s) and lead your team towards clear goals, always with the support of your market area manager and the organization behind you. You create structure, engagement, and joy in work within the team, while ensuring high quality, good service, and efficient working methods. Through active local leadership, you contribute to strengthening Besikta's brand and creating long-term customer relationships.

The position also involves training you as an inspection technician, meaning you will also participate in the operations by inspecting vehicles. This gives you a strong presence in the team and a good understanding of the business in practice. You have:

• A structured approach to work and good planning and organizational skills
• An interest in technology, regulations, and quality issues
• Awareness of sustainability and traffic safety
• A business-minded and economic mindset, with experience in budgeting and follow-up
• A desire to develop both people and the business over time
• A valid driver's license (category B, manual transmission)
• Computer literacy
• Good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing in Swedish
• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role
• Work experience in similar operations or service
• Technical competence

About the Position

We offer a full-time position with a six-month probationary period, followed by a permanent contract and individual salary setting. Start date is to be agreed upon. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

For over 50 years, the state-owned Bilprovningen had a monopoly on the Swedish car inspection market. When the market was deregulated in 2010, Besikta Bilprovning entered as a new player in the car inspection industry.

Besikta Bilprovning Sweden has a large network of stations with 200 stations in 164 locations around the country. The ambition is to become "your local car inspection" and therefore we continue to expand into new areas.

We offer inspections for most types of vehicles, from cars and motorcycles to heavy vehicles like trucks, buses, and trailers. In addition to the control inspection, we also offer our customers extra security checks through our add-on packages, where we give your car a thorough review beyond the ordinary.
