We are looking for a Senior UX Designer for a contract position in Malmö, focusing on developing user-friendly and accessible digital solutions. You will become a key part of the work to improve digital interfaces within a large organization with high demands for quality and structure.

• Create and document design proposals for digital interfaces (from concept to detail)

• Visualize and communicate design solutions clearly to different target groups

• Participate in projects as an advisor and sounding board regarding UX and design

• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure implementation

• Work according to established design systems and brand guidelines

• Ensure high usability and accessibility according to current legal requirements

• Work user-centered to identify needs and improvements

• Design concepts and prototypes for digital services

• Documented design solutions according to guidelines

• Clear presentation of UX work to stakeholders

• Ensured accessibility in delivered solutions

• Support to development teams during implementation

Required competencies:

• Several years of experience as a UX Designer

• Documented portfolio of previous work

• Experience with Figma

• Good knowledge of the Act on Digital Accessibility (DOS-lagen)

• Experience working with design systems and brand guidelines

• Experience with web design in Optimizely
