Job Responsibilities – Seasonal Hotel Cleaning

• Clean and prepare hotel rooms, suites, and guest areas according to our quality and hygiene standards.
• Change bed linen and towels, replenish consumables, and ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
• Clean and maintain common areas such as corridors, lobby, restaurant, and relaxation areas.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning, waste management, and chemical handling.
• Report defects, damages, or maintenance needs to the supervisor and document deviations.
• Collaborate with reception, service staff, and operations teams to ensure a holistic guest experience.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.

• You have a good sense of order and notice what needs to be done without being told.

Desirable Experience and Competencies

• Previous experience in hotel cleaning, facility maintenance, or similar tasks is desirable but not required.
• Good communication skills in Swedish or English.
• A driver's license (Category B) is an advantage.

Employment Conditions – Seasonal Hotel Cleaning

• Salary: According to collective agreement (Visita).
• Employment Type: Fixed-term seasonal employment (May–August) as agreed. We are hiring for several positions with varying hours and periods.
• Working Hours: Part-time during the season; shifts may include daytime, evenings, and weekends depending on needs.
• Start Date: As agreed.
