We are looking for an operational and clear-cut Warehouse Manager who can lead warehouse operations in Norway. You will lead a team of around five people in Kløfta and one employee in each of the departments in Trondheim, Bergen, Bodø, and Stavanger. You work closely with the team in daily operations while creating structure, prioritizing tasks, and developing efficient work processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and participate in daily warehouse operations
• Ensure daily registration of all warehouse work in the system
• Ensure efficient warehouse processes and good goods flow
• Team leader and developer of the warehouse team
• Identify improvements in warehouse processes and workflow in collaboration with the Nordic Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience from warehousing and logistics
• Experience in personnel leadership and team leadership
• Operational experience from warehouse work
• You are proficient in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing
• Have good IT skills and experience with warehouse management systems
• Experience with systematic HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) work
• Forklift license T1 - T4

Working Hours

Normal working hours are 08:00 – 16:00
