ÖoB is taking Swedish retail to the next level. Together with Europris in Norway, we are creating a new low-price concept that combines a wide assortment, strong brands, and really good prices, all to give the customer more for their money.
Over the next 1.5 years, we are making a major investment where all department stores will be renovated and the entire chain will be developed. We are now looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Manager to join our renovation team in Northern Sweden.
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that the store's logistics run smoothly and according to the project schedule. You ensure that warehouses and areas are well-organized throughout the project. In close collaboration with the project team, you ensure that the right articles and store fixtures are in place on time, so that the renovation can be carried out efficiently and without interruption.
Responsibilities
- Receive and handle deliveries efficiently
- Store goods and ensure that inventory balances are correct
- Supply the project team with goods and store fixtures in a structured and clear manner, and be able to refer to where they are located in the warehouse
- Keep the warehouse organized and structured throughout the entire project
- Ensure correct volumes before launches and monitor delivery status
- Provide feedback to the project manager or central project manager in case of any challenges
Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- Are structured and orderly, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively
- Have good communication skills – clear, receptive, and able to give and receive feedback constructively
- Are solution-oriented and take initiative
- Are accustomed to physically demanding work
- Hold a forklift license (A+B)
- Can work independently and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed efficiently

Start date: August 3, 2026, or as agreed.
Employment type: Permanent full-time position. We apply a six-month probation period.
The renovation projects will last approximately 1.5 years, followed by planned new store openings.
OTHER
Commuters: The position involves weekly commuting, and the projects are located in various places around Sweden. Therefore, you must be prepared for extensive travel and overnight stays throughout the country, with varying starting points depending on the project.
- Travel and accommodation are paid by ÖoB
- Per diem is paid according to agreement
Working hours are planned as follows, but you need to be flexible and prepared for adjustments:
- Monday: 09:00–19:00
- Tuesday–Wednesday: 07:00–19:00
- Thursday: 07:00–18:00
- Friday–Sunday: Off
Note that you are expected to be on-site Monday at 09:00, which may mean that your travel day is Sunday.
