About Carla At Carla, we want to set a new standard for how electric vehicles are purchased. Our goal is to make buying or leasing an EV online as easy and secure as any other online purchase. Naturally, all our cars must be chargeable. Founded in Stockholm in 2020, the company is now in an exciting growth phase and is looking for an ambitious Delivery Specialist who wants to become part of Sweden's fastest-growing e-commerce company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for delivery: Ensure every car is customer-ready through thorough exterior and interior cleaning and polishing.
• Documentation handling: Verify that all necessary documentation is correct and complete before our drivers begin the delivery to the customer.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspection: Perform a detailed quality control check to identify any defects and ensure the car meets Carla's high standards before leaving the facility.
• Quality assurance: Work according to company procedures and quality requirements to guarantee a top-class delivery experience.
• Support other teams: Assist other teams and colleagues within Carla when needed and contribute to efficient cross-departmental collaboration.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an eye for detail, is flexible in their approach, and enjoys learning and mastering new skills.
• Appreciates order and structure, is responsible, and works methodically.
• Is a good communicator and easily maintains clear dialogue, both verbally and in writing, with your team and colleagues.
• Has some experience working with cars or a strong interest in the automotive industry.

Role Specifications

• Duration: Full-time during the summer, from June 1st to August 31st.
• License: Class B driver's license required.
• Working hours: Monday: 07:00–17:00, Tuesday: 07:00–16:00, Wednesday: 07:00–15:00, Thursday & Friday: 07:00–16:00. Weekend work may occur with additional compensation.
• Location: Stockholm, Kungsängen.
