Do you want to work in a dynamic production environment where your experience behind the wheel truly makes a difference? We are now looking for a skilled and confident forklift driver for an assignment with immediate start at Tarkett in Hanaskog. The position is full-time and involves working in 3 shifts (day/evening/night).

You will become an important part of the production team, responsible for ensuring that the material flow runs smoothly and efficiently. The work is performed at a high pace with a strong focus on safety, quality, and precision.

• Driving counterbalance forklifts (B1) in a production environment
• Supplying materials to production lines
• Transporting materials and finished products
• Loading and unloading goods
• Registration in warehouse and production systems
• Contributing to order, structure, and safety in the work environment

• Has at least 2 years of experience driving forklifts in a production environment
• Is familiar with driving counterbalance forklifts (B1) and holds a valid forklift license (TLP10)
• Works safely, structured, and with a focus on quality
• Thrives in a fast-paced and active production environment
• Is flexible and can work 3 shifts (day/evening/night)
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

• Experience with other types of forklifts (e.g., order picker, reach truck)
• Familiarity with basic maintenance and daily inspection of forklifts
• Experience working in flow-efficient operations

• Responsible and safety-conscious
• Precise and reliable
• A team player who can also work independently

• The assignment is through Lernia Staffing with immediate start
• The duration of the assignment is currently not fixed
• Introduction and safety training are conducted before start
• A practical forklift test is included in the recruitment process
• Completion of SSG (Safety, Security, and Environment) training is required before the assignment starts
