About the Role

We are looking for a Spare Parts Associate for Northern Stockholm for a permanent full-time position. In this role, you are responsible for handling spare parts and vehicle components, including receiving, warehousing, ordering, and issuing parts to the workshop and field personnel. You will work closely with the workshop technicians, foremen, and purchasing department to ensure that the right parts are available at the right time. The work requires precision, efficiency, and a clear safety mindset when handling both small and large components.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in spare parts or warehouse work, preferably within the automotive or transport industry. You are familiar with working in business or warehouse management systems and have good computer skills. Knowledge of vehicle parts and article searching is a plus. You are organized, service-oriented, and accustomed to prioritizing in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Swedish, both written and spoken, is required. A Class B driver's license is an advantage.

Your Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries, as well as registering them in the system
• Picking and packing spare parts for issue to the workshop and field personnel
• Ordering and following up on articles with suppliers to ensure proper stock levels
• Inventories and stock control, as well as taking action in case of discrepancies
• Quality control of returned parts and handling warranty issues in collaboration with suppliers
• Contributing to improvement work regarding warehouse processes, system usage, and information flows
• Following safety procedures and ensuring order and cleanliness in warehouse and picking areas

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in warehouse/spare parts work, preferably in the automotive industry
• Has good system familiarity and experience with business or warehouse management systems
• Is meticulous, service-oriented, and has good prioritization skills
• Communicates well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Has a Class B driver's license (advantageous)
