We are now looking for an administrative resource to assist our client's customer service team during the upcoming period. This role is perfect for you if you are practical, a quick learner, and enjoy helping out where needed. Prior experience in customer service is not required – what matters most is that you feel confident handling administrative tasks and systems.

What you will do

• Place orders and register articles and customers
• Assist with basic administration in Business Central
• Answer emails and phone calls
• Generate reports and invoice supporting documents
• Support with complaints and other team needs
• Provide basic administrative support to the finance department (Excel skills are highly meritorious)

Who we think you are

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, order processing, or similar roles
• Not afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and help out
• Enjoy working on-site and collaborating with others
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Excel skills are meritorious but not a requirement
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and access to a car
