Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant in home care, you work in the customers' homes and contribute to a secure and meaningful daily life. Your tasks include:

• Personal care and service based on the customer's individual needs.
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks.
• Documentation according to current routines.

You will be introduced to the role through shadowing until you feel confident in your position.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified nursing assistant (protected professional title).
• Has a valid B-driver's license (mandatory).
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is multilingual (meritorious).
• Is flexible, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with the elderly.
