Are you ready to take the next step in your Customer Success career and become a key player in a company with a strong growth agenda? We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, an experienced and business-driven Customer Success Manager who wants to develop long-term customer relationships and contribute to continued expansion.

About the role

In the role of Senior CSM, you will be responsible for developing and maximizing the value of your own customer portfolio. You work closely with customers – often at a senior level – acting as a strategic partner and advisor. The focus is on ensuring customer benefit, building strong relationships, and driving growth in existing business.

You will:

  • Own and develop relationships with major B2B customers
  • Drive business dialogues with decision-makers at the executive level
  • Identify and realize upselling opportunities
  • Ensure that customers get maximum value from the solution
  • Contribute insights internally to strengthen the offering and business

Our client is looking for someone who:

  • Has 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or B2B sales
  • Has a background in SaaS or software companies, preferably in a technical environment (e.g., apps or digital platforms)
  • Has experience or interest in payment solutions/fintech (meritorious)
  • Is accustomed to working with large customer accounts and senior decision-makers
  • Has experience independently owning and developing a customer base
