We are now looking for self-motivated fitters and welders for a company that offers comprehensive solutions within service for the industrial sector, including custom steel structures on-site at customer locations.

This is not just workshop floors and the same routine every day. You will be out on-site, assembling, welding, and solving tasks in real-world environments.

About the role

You will work on-site at customer locations with the assembly of steel structures and various types of service work.

The focus is on:

• On-site assembly
• MMA welding
• Adaptation and problem-solving in real-world environments

The work is varied; you might be at one site for two days before moving to the next job at a different location.

You usually work in teams of two, but sometimes in larger groups.

Requirements

• Experience with MMA welding (mandatory)
• Experience with on-site assembly
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written)

• Broad technical background in forging or assembly

Conditions

• Salary: approx. 30,000 – 35,000 SEK/month depending on experience
• Working hours: 07:00 – 16:00
• Full-time, permanent (with probationary period)
• Wellness allowance: 3,000 SEK/year
• 25 days of vacation
