At Lantmännen Maskin, you will take on a key role with full responsibility for the workshop's results, employees, and development. You will drive the business forward with a focus on profitability, customer satisfaction, and efficient working methods.
What you will do
You have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the workshop, where you plan, lead, and follow up on work to ensure high efficiency and quality in delivery. You are responsible for the budget, results, and financial follow-up, while simultaneously developing the business by strengthening customer relationships and contributing to increased sales of workshop services.
In this role, you lead the team of service technicians, distribute the workload, and ensure that work orders, invoicing, and warranty cases are handled correctly and on time. You actively work on developing employees through clear goals, follow-ups, and continuous dialogue.
You also drive improvement and change initiatives within the business, ensuring efficient working methods and close collaboration with other departments to strengthen the overall business. You report to Joachim Reineke, Site Manager.
What you need to succeed and thrive
You have:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience in leadership and operational responsibility
- Good business acumen and experience with budget/results
- Experience from service or customer-facing operations
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English
