To our store in Västerås, Erikslund, we are now looking for an engaged and creative Visual Merchandiser who wants to help develop the store further.

Do you have an eye for color, shape, and details? Do you burn with passion for creating visual experiences that inspire customers and strengthen sales? Then this might be the role for you.

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser at Blomsterlandet, you are responsible for the store's visual expression and sales environment, in line with our concept. You create an inspiring, varied, and commercial atmosphere that arouses customers' curiosity and desire to buy.

You work independently with great personal responsibility and play a key role in the store's overall impression. With your creativity and business drive, you contribute to developing all departments and ensure that the store is always well-stocked, structured, and attractive to our customers. You are also part of the store's sales team and enjoy working closely with customers.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the visual merchandising in the store
• In addition to your visual responsibilities, you also work as a store salesperson and deliver a first-class customer experience.
• Ensure that all guidelines and concepts are followed
• Campaign responsibility
• Responsible for sales planning
• Goods receiving, product display, picking, and cash register work

About you

To thrive in this role, we believe you currently work as a store salesperson with VM responsibility in an operation characterized by pace and flexibility. You have an analytical mind and a good understanding of sales follow-up and order statistics.

Your experience and competencies

• Trained Visual Merchandiser
• Has a few years of experience in the role of Visual Merchandiser
• Neat and structured
• Experience from retail
• Accustomed to working with KPI follow-up

Job details

Employment type: 25–30 hours/week, permanent position (varying working hours and every other weekend)
Location: Västerås, Erikslund
Start date: As soon as possible
