About the role:

As a Mechanical Designer at Arho AB, you will work with everything from 3D-CAD to planning and executing smaller projects, while also being a key part of larger projects together with our dedicated team and experienced project managers. You will play a key role in developing and implementing technical solutions for our customers within robotics and automation.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and construction of mechanical solutions in 3D-CAD (SolidWorks)

• Plan and execute smaller projects and support larger projects

• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure project progress

• Actively participate in the development and optimization of products and solutions

In terms of personality, we would like you to be engaged, solution-oriented, and have a strong interest in technical development. You thrive working both independently and in a team, and are accustomed to handling multiple parallel projects. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and a genuine interest in contributing to improvements and innovations within robotics and automation.

We are looking for you who:

• Have extensive experience in designing machines and technical solutions

• Have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in mechanical design

• Have good experience with 3D-CAD, preferably SolidWorks

• Have good knowledge of the Office suite

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits:

• University degree or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Machine Design

• Experience in electronics, automation, and/or pneumatics

• Knowledge in robot programming or robotics
