About Us

Capio ASIH Haninge was established in 2025, operating in Huddinge, Botkyrka, Tyresö, Haninge, and Nynäshamn. Our team is based at the office on Handen Hospital, close to the Handen commuter train station.

We provide advanced home healthcare for patients with complex medical needs, primarily caring for palliative patients, patients undergoing advanced cancer treatment, and individuals with COPD, heart failure, and infections. Our services include medication treatment, symptom relief, intravenous drips, blood transfusions, and advice on assistive devices. We are authorized in all ASIH areas in Region Stockholm and work in a multiprofessional team, close to the patient and their relatives.

About the Role

We are looking for a nurse who wants to work independently, take responsibility, and collaborate in a dedicated multiprofessional team. As a nurse in our ASIH team, you will provide advanced and specialized healthcare in patients' homes, close to both patients and relatives, to enable safe home care. You will plan and lead nursing care together with the team and coordinate medical care in close collaboration with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, social workers, as well as physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

You will also collaborate with other healthcare providers and actively contribute to the development of the operation. Here, you usually work independently with one patient at a time and can plan your own workday, but you always have experienced colleagues just a phone call away. The work is varied and developmental with a strong team and patient focus. The operation runs 24/7, and you work days, evenings, and weekends according to a schedule adapted to both you and the needs of the operation.

Requirements:

• Registered nurse with Swedish authorization
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in consultation with colleagues, patients, and relatives
• Good communication skills and confidence in your professional role
• A team player with no ego and good collaboration skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits:

• Specialist training (e.g., ICU, Critical Care, Oncology)
• Experience in palliative care, oncology, or ASIH
• Experience with the medical record system TakeCare
