We are now looking for kitchen staff for permanent positions, seasonal work, and occasional days as needed.

What does the role of Cook entail?
• Plan, prepare, and cook meals
• Present the food in an appealing way
• Optionally support the Inn in other tasks

• Have experience in the culinary profession
• Have a burning passion for food
• Basic knowledge of food safety, self-control, and HACCP
• Appreciate order and cleanliness
• A team player who loves to collaborate
• Take great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result

What does the role of Kitchen Manager entail?
• Set up the kitchen before, during, and after service
• Prepare meals for guests and staff
• Create menus together with the Head Chef
• Order goods and receive deliveries
• Create a pleasant environment for guests and staff
• Close collaboration with the restaurant
• Lead and distribute serving tasks in the absence of the Head Chef
• Responsible for working environment, fire safety, and other safety issues in the department

Who are you?
• Have previous experience as a 1st cook or similar
• Have a burning passion for food
• Basic knowledge of food safety, self-control, and HACCP
• Appreciate order and cleanliness
• A team player who loves to collaborate
• Take great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result

Information about the positions
• We are looking for a 100% permanent Kitchen Manager, a 100% permanent Cook, a 100% fixed-term position for seasonal work during spring and summer, and occasional days where you can step in as needed.
• Working hours follow the business's opening hours and are scheduled on weekdays as well as weekends, during both day and evening shifts.
• Individual salary based on competence and experience.
• Meal deduction according to collective agreement.
