We are currently seeking, on behalf of our client, a Site Manager for Betongkompaniet who wants to work closely with production while taking on greater responsibility for project planning and follow-up. In this role, you will be both operational on the production site and support project management with administrative and technical tasks.

The client is a contracting company within the concrete industry, consisting of a smaller team with extensive industry experience. The company is based in Västberga, south of Stockholm, and works on projects throughout the Greater Stockholm area.

The business is characterized by high professional competence, close collaboration, and a clear focus on quality in every project. Assignments vary and are carried out both as fixed contracts and on a running account, delivered with high technical expertise and great commitment.

This is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the Role

In this role, you will plan, lead, and follow up on production together with the on-site team. You will also be involved in scheduling, documentation, procurement, and monitoring project progress.

This position suits you if you enjoy an operational role but also wish to develop towards a more project engineer-driven position over time. Here, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and take on greater responsibility in projects.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a site manager or in a similar role within construction, concrete, or civil engineering.
• Has experience working closely with production and leading teams on-site.
• Has experience interpreting AMA and AF sections.
• Has a good understanding of the construction process and production flow.
• Has BAS U and/or BAS P certification.
• Is structured and able to plan and prioritize work.
• Is communicative and thrives in a role with many contact points.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a B driving license.

Merits

• Understands and can communicate in Polish, as several of the skilled workers have it as their mother tongue.
