We will train an employee from scratch who will eventually work independently.

About the Job:

As a Mast and Telecom Technician at Innotel, you will build, modernize, and perform service work on communication networks for several operators in Sweden. Projects are primarily located in Southern and Central Sweden, but also throughout the rest of the country, so frequent travel is required.

Our customers are primarily mobile operators, network owners, and government authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of indoor and outdoor solutions.
• Identify and rectify faults.
• Maintenance work.
• Decommissioning of previous generations of mobile networks on masts and rooftops.
• Contact with project managers, work leaders, customers, property owners, and suppliers.
• Mast work.
• Documentation: reporting of completed work (done via mobile or PC).

About the Position:

The position is a permanent full-time role starting with a 6-month probationary period.

Location: Mjällby, Sölvesborg.

Start date: According to agreement.

Employment is subject to a satisfactory background check.

Merits:

• Previous experience working on masts and rooftops.
• Mast training with a valid certificate.
• MEWP training (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms).
• Fall protection training.
• Secondary school education in electrical/telecom technology, construction, or vehicle/mechanics, or equivalent.
• BE driver's license.

Requirements:

• B driver's license.
• Swedish and English, spoken and written.
