Nolek is growing – and now we are looking for you to join the build-up of production around our latest measuring instrument product. Here you will get a unique position: Hands-on in assembly, get to know the product in depth, and contribute to the development of the production line according to modern efficiency methods. As volumes increase, so will your role – working both with assembly and developing production methods.

As an instrument assembler with us, you will get a unique mix of technology, flow, and development. You will:

· Assemble and test our advanced measuring instruments.

· Build up efficient assembly steps in close collaboration with production, development, engineering, and sales.

· Drive improvement work and come up with smart suggestions on how we can simplify, clarify, and optimize.

· Have the opportunity to help shape the foundation for a future production line – creating the structure that future colleagues will work in.

Your role will grow with the volumes and take a central position in an area that will become increasingly important for Nolek.

We believe you have:

· At least 3 years of experience in assembly in modern production – preferably from line manufacturing of electronic products.

· Knowledge in electronics/electronic equipment and preferably an understanding of flow technology (pressure, flows).

· Enjoy working with development and improvement work.

· Experience with Lean work, 5S, standardization, or equivalent methods.

· A curious, proactive personality that enjoys both screwing and assembling as well as building processes and creating order.

· Ability to collaborate broadly – you will be in contact with everyone from developers to sales and production.

The position is full-time and located at Nolek's headquarters in Norsborg.
