About the Role

You will assemble both small and large components. The work varies depending on the department but always requires precision and a technical interest. As an assembler, you enjoy practical work and preferably have experience with assembly or technical work, even from your spare time. We are looking for everyone from experienced assemblers to more junior profiles.

2-Shift Schedule:

• Mon–Thu: 05:54–15:06 / 15:00–23:36

• Fri: 05:54–14:24 / (Evening shift off)

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written

• Driver's license

• Crane operator license (can be obtained before start, cost covered by the candidate)

Employment & Application

The selection process includes a background check in the criminal registry and a practical test where you demonstrate your manual skills. The position is a consultancy solution where you will be employed by Skill but assigned as a consultant to Väderstad. After 6 months of employment with Skill, there are good chances for a permanent contract, with the ultimate goal of becoming a permanent employee at Väderstad.
