About the Role

Terräng delivers specialized equipment to government agencies, professional users, and private individuals. The company is currently expanding its operations in Stockholm and is now seeking a Procurement and Order Administrator to join the operational team.

This role means becoming part of the MP-Sec International group. This provides access to an international organization's resources while working in a local operation with short decision-making lines. Here, personal initiative is valued, and you are expected to take active responsibility for your tasks in a growth-oriented environment.

You are offered a stable and long-term role with significant autonomy within a flat-structured organization. You will join a tight-knit team of nine people, and for the right person, there are excellent opportunities to grow as the company expands.

Responsibilities

This role involves a combination of procurement planning, order handling for both private and corporate customers, sales support, and general administrative tasks. You will, among other things, handle:

  • Planning of purchases and contact with suppliers.
  • Pricing, price adjustments, and freight administration.
  • Updating items in the ERP system.
  • Entering orders and creating quotes for B2B customers.
  • Checking delivery options and monitoring deliveries.
  • Handling invoicing and crediting.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Experience in procurement and order handling.
  • Experience in administrative work and sales support.
  • Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience with the Business Central ERP system.
  • Experience in finance and invoicing.
  • A background in growth companies.
  • An interest in outdoor life or hunting.
