We are looking for a technically oriented project manager who wants to drive the implementation of our digital transformation program, with a full focus on delivery, pace, and quality.

We are at the starting line for Balder's largest transformation program to date, characterized by high technical complexity and significant business value.

About the role

As a technical project manager, you will play a central role in the execution of our transformation program. Initially, you will be responsible for one or several tracks within the program, working closely with internal specialists, the business units, and external suppliers.

Your role is about creating momentum, keeping the delivery together, and ensuring that plans are translated into concrete execution.

Among other things, you will:

• drive the daily work within one or several tracks

• coordinate work between external suppliers, developers, specialists, and business representatives

• break down roadmaps and target pictures into concrete plans, activities, and deliveries

• coordinate technical and functional dependencies between systems, data, and integrations

• lead workshops, working meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring that decisions are translated into action

• identify and follow up on status, risks, dependencies, and deviations

• support testing, implementation, and go-live in critical phases

We are looking for you who

• have at least 5 years of experience in technical project management within system implementation, software development, or other complex change initiatives

• preferably have worked with ERP, data, integration, or related areas

• understand how system landscapes, data flows, and technical dependencies fit together

• have the ability to break down complex plans into clear and executable activities

• are used to leading working meetings and coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously

• have experience with testing, go-live, or other business-critical implementation phases

• are hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented

• thrive in an environment with a high pace, great personal responsibility, and high expectations
