What does the role of Team Leader at Norlandia Elderly Care involve?
You will be a role model and carrier of our values, working towards a unified and cohesive team on the floor. You are part of the unit's local management and quality group. You are part of the care team and have scheduled shifts in care. Examples of tasks as a team leader include: self-inspections, driving quality work according to plan, administering move-ins and move-outs, following up on Social Services Act (SoL) measures and documentation in the system, holding planning meetings, etc. Contact us to learn more.
About Stora Rospiggen Elderly Care Home
Norlandia Stora Rospiggen features 80 bright and modern apartments across four floors, equipped with large adapted bathrooms, kitchenettes, and specially adapted beds. Each ward has a kitchen, dining/living room, and outdoor terrace. In our communal areas, we socialize, enjoy meals, and carry out activities. Every floor has spacious balconies to easily take a breath of fresh air and enjoy the view of the surroundings and inner courtyard. Our outdoor environment offers outdoor stays and activities.

We are looking for someone who has:
- At least two years of relevant work experience, education as a team leader or similar
- Education in Health and Social Care or equivalent, plus work experience in elderly care is a requirement
- It is an advantage if you have education or experience working with elderly people with reduced cognitive function
- You are solution-oriented to help the team achieve set goals
- You have good administrative skills and a genuine interest in your assignment
- Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office package
- You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

About Norlandia Elderly Care

Employment type: Permanent
Extent: 75% + 25% by agreement
Start date: ASAP
Regarding the assignment:
- The function is an assignment added to the position as care and support staff
- An addendum agreement is signed between the employee and the employer for the assignment
Probation period: We apply a 6-month probation period.
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Act.
