In Spring 2026, we will open the doors to our new restaurant in Katrineholm, and we are now looking for an engaged and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager for our fast-growing chain – ChopChop! 🤩

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are a key member of our leadership team. Together with the Restaurant Manager, you will lead daily operations and motivate the team to achieve both high goals and great job satisfaction. You will work closely with our guests and colleagues to ensure that we deliver on our three guiding words every day: Tasty. Fast. Simple.

ChopChop is Europe's first Asian drive-thru, founded in 2011. Today, we are present at 43 locations across Sweden – and more are coming! We offer our guests delicious food made from high-quality ingredients and an experience that goes beyond the ordinary in the fast-food sector.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are a vital part of the team and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to grow both people and results. You lead daily operations, plan schedules, and ensure that both guests and colleagues thrive. With a focus on service, quality, and job satisfaction, you keep the restaurant at the top – every day!

Together with the team, you will drive this:

• Drive the restaurant towards set goals through clear action plans.

• Lead the team in daily work and be a role model in both service and job satisfaction.

• Plan staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Ensure a high level of customer service and hospitality.

• Be responsible for routines regarding quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance.

• Contribute to local marketing and sales activities.

• Actively follow up on results and drive improvements.

You are a natural leader with at least one to two years of experience in personnel management, preferably within the restaurant or service industry. In your role, you enjoy taking responsibility, making your own decisions, and truly influencing the results. You are structured, solution-focused, and have a strong drive to work towards clear goals. Your positive energy is contagious, and you have the ability to motivate and inspire others to do their best. Since we operate in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, it is also important that you have previous experience from the restaurant or service industry – we consider this a basic requirement.
