About the Role

The role of Product Manager involves taking overall responsibility for parts of our product range, with a special focus on product groups such as sensors and connectors. You will actively work to develop and optimize the range to ensure it is competitive, accurate, and meets market needs.

In this role, you will drive the business forward by identifying gaps in the assortment, analyzing sales and profitability, and developing the product offering in close collaboration with suppliers and internal functions. You are responsible for ensuring high data quality, correct vehicle mappings, and that our catalog items are informative and of high quality.

You will also work on item structure, pricing, and assortment maintenance, including new and discontinued items. As a Product Manager, you are an important internal knowledge resource, supporting both sales and customer service with your technical expertise.

The position involves significant personal responsibility, offering you the opportunity to influence both assortment development and business growth – a key role in a growing organization with clear potential.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in the automotive industry or the spare parts business who has a good technical understanding, preferably within electrical and electronic systems. You have previously worked with product management, assortment development, or purchasing and are accustomed to working structured with data, item registers, and business systems.

As a person, you are analytical, business-driven, and meticulous. You thrive in an independent role where you take responsibility for your area, while also having good collaboration skills and contributing to the team's collective success.

You are solution-oriented and have the ability to structure and develop a complex assortment. Knowledge of electric vehicle components is considered a merit.

To succeed in this role, you need to be able to create structure, maintain control over your assortment, and actively contribute to increased sales within your product groups, while acting as an internal expert in your field.
