WeStaff Sweden is hiring NC/CNC Operators for Northern Stockholm! Do you have experience with CNC machines, punching and press brakes, and want to work in a technically advanced production environment? At WeStaff Sweden, we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to efficient production with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This role is a long-term consulting assignment in a 2-shift system.

About the role: In this assignment, you will work with CNC and NC-controlled machines, primarily punching and press brakes, where you are responsible for setup, adjustment, and production of parts according to specified quality requirements. You will become part of a competent team where collaboration, structure, and responsibility are central.

We offer a varied job where you will quickly gain an overview of production and have the opportunity to contribute to improvement projects, efficiency enhancements, and process development. You will work according to established workflows, safety routines, and ISO standards, and report deviations to your immediate supervisor.

Examples of tasks:

  • Set up and operate punching and press brake machines

  • Ensure that manufactured parts meet tolerances and quality requirements

  • Work in business systems linked to production

  • Follow flow charts and report deviations

  • Participate in the maintenance of machines and tools

  • Contribute to continuous improvements in production

  • Follow safety regulations and use protective equipment

Your background We are looking for someone with documented experience from the manufacturing workshop industry, preferably in sheet metal processing. You have knowledge of NC/CNC, either through education or practical experience, and are accustomed to reading and working from drawings. You have good computer skills and experience with business or production systems, and you speak and write Swedish and English. A forklift license is an asset, as is experience with improvement work and LEAN principles.
