Welcome to Attendo where you can make a difference Attendo Vårdbo is a small residential facility with 33 apartments distributed across 4 units: 3 dementia units and 1 somatic care unit.
We are looking for someone driven to work with people and make a real difference for our clients every day. You have the ability to strengthen and support clients in all aspects of their daily lives.
As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with our clients and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere at our workplace.
Job Description
This is a permanent position with a 6-month probation period.
As a nursing assistant, your main task is to provide nursing care to our clients; simple cleaning and meal preparation are also part of the role. You must be able to work in a team as well as independently. We work in teams consisting of nursing assistants, nurses, rehabilitation staff, unit managers, and operations managers.
We have new clients in need of care and are now expanding our friendly team with more nursing assistants.
We are seeking candidates with a nursing assistant education and experience in nursing care.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Professional license from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) or proof of a pending application.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
- Good computer skills.
- Experience with documentation according to the Social Services Act (SoL).
- Previous experience with medication delegation is an asset.
- Experience in elderly care.
- We prefer candidates living in Vallentuna or neighboring municipalities, as transportation can sometimes be challenging.
You enjoy providing excellent service, building strong relationships, and improving the quality of life for our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can identify individual needs.
