This is Aleris ASIH Nynäshamn. We employ doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, counselors, and occupational therapists – all with a common goal: to provide the best care at home. We are part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes a specialized palliative care unit, basic home healthcare, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

Aleris ASIH operates at several locations in Stockholm. We operate within a defined geographical area and use environmentally classified cars between patient visits.

We work with the journal system TakeCare and the planning tool iTacih. You therefore need good computer skills – but most importantly, you need a team spirit, patience, and the willingness to put the patient first.

Who are you?

• You are a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience

• You have a B driver's license and speak/write Swedish fluently

• You are secure in your role, have good medical competence, and enjoy collaborating

• Previous experience within ASIH is a big plus

• Specialist education in oncological care, palliative care, care of the elderly, or district nurse is an asset.

The position in brief: Hourly contract. Start date: As agreed. Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement applies.
