Receptionist at Strandpiren

We are currently looking for an engaged and service-oriented receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for visitors and partners. Your most important task will be to provide a warm welcome to everyone who walks through our doors.

Your main responsibilities include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and booking meetings and conferences.

Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a receptionist or in customer service
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm in stressful situations
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable using computers and telephone systems

Personal Attributes:

We are looking for a positive and friendly person who enjoys interacting with different people. You should be organized, meticulous, and have the ability to solve problems efficiently. Having a proactive attitude and being flexible are also important qualities for this role. The work as a receptionist is sometimes both stressful and demanding. Work is performed during days, evenings, and weekends.
