Your Responsibilities and Profile

We are looking for a Team Leader for Apotekstjänst in Lidingö. We are seeking someone who is flexible, structured, and meticulous. Quality is a requirement; therefore, we expect you to be a careful person who can take responsibility for your tasks.

Responsibilities: You will work in a cleanroom environment where blister packs are manufactured. You will operate several machines at different stages of the production process. Your specific tasks include:

Blister packing
Packaging machine operation
Inspection machine operation
Quality control and dispatch

In addition to these operational tasks, you will hold a leadership role and are expected to:

Lead and support the staff in their daily work.
Ensure that work routines and quality requirements are followed.
Plan and manage scheduling as needed.
Act as a contact person and ensure good communication within the team.
Provide feedback and train staff when necessary.

Working hours are scheduled for both day and evening shifts. You will work alternating weeks with day and evening shifts.

This is a fixed-term position with the possibility of permanent employment.

Requirements

You must be able to start working from 08:00.
You must be able to work 08:00–16:45 and 10:00–18:45.
You must have a driver's license and access to a car.
You should enjoy working with repetitive tasks.
Good understanding of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical handling or machine operation is an asset, but not a requirement.
