We are currently looking for our next Payroll Consultant for our office in Skellefteå. We are looking for someone motivated to create good, long-term customer relationships combined with professional and high-quality payroll work. Your Role
As a Payroll Consultant at Aspia, you will be responsible for several clients across a wide range of industries. In this role, you must be able to manage the entire payroll process and have a willingness to learn new areas. All to create a great service for our customers and to ensure high quality in your work. We believe you enjoy interacting with people and that you keep your ear to the ground regarding the market to offer the best service to our customers together with your colleagues.
The role of Payroll Consultant includes, among other things:
- Handling ongoing payroll work
- Contacting client companies regarding payroll matters
- Managing time and travel files from front-end systems
- Quality-assuring the payroll process based on the complexity of the assignment
We always work in teams, so you will have close collaboration with your colleagues in the role. Together, we ensure a high-quality delivery to the customer and provide input and feedback to each other based on respective roles. The work is performed primarily at our own office in Skellefteå but can also involve work at the client's site. Remote work opportunities are available.
Your Profile
For the role of Payroll Consultant, we are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience of high-quality payroll work. We prefer that you have worked operationally with payroll processes and feel secure in parts of the independent payroll work, while also wanting to continue developing with us.
- Experience in interpreting laws and agreements
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
We prefer that you have previously worked in a service-oriented role and that you enjoy working closely with both customers and colleagues. You have knowledge of the Office package, and experience with various payroll systems is an asset. Experience from the consulting industry is also considered an asset.

Practical Details about the Position:
Location: Skellefteå, with the possibility to start from our office in Umeå. We offer hybrid work. Scope: Full-time. Start date: By agreement.
