Security Technician – Karlskoga

As a Security Technician at Telos Telemontage, you will have a broad and varied role working with the installation, service, and commissioning of security systems for intrusion, CCTV, access control, and fire safety. You will become an important part of the team in Karlskoga, where collaboration and customer focus are central. The role is partially adapted to your experience and competence; if you have experience with RCO, there is an opportunity to work more within that area.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with, among other things:

• Service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of alarm systems for intrusion, CCTV, access control, and fire safety.
• Installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems at customer sites.
• Project work within aftermarket, service agreements, service, and contracts (up to approx. 6 months).
• Customer contact with a focus on high service levels and availability.
• Documentation of completed work and ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Participation in projects from start to finished solution.

Requirements

• Several years of experience working with fire alarms or similar technical systems.
• Education in electrical or telecom technology at least at high school level, or equivalent experience.
• Good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Class B driver's license.
• Experience with customer contact and a service-oriented working style.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Approved background check (SUA).

Merits
