On behalf of our client Grön Stad, we are currently seeking responsible and engaged supervisors to lead high school students during their summer jobs in Stockholm. This is the perfect summer job for you if you are a student or between jobs and want meaningful work where you make a difference.

Grön Stad works with the maintenance and development of the city's parks and outdoor environments. They contribute to creating pleasant, sustainable, and well-maintained green areas in Stockholm.

As a supervisor, you are responsible for leading and supporting a group of high school students in their daily work within park and garden maintenance.

You will act as a reliable leader, ensuring that work flows smoothly, the group collaborates effectively, and everyone has a positive and developmental summer.

• You will be responsible for a group of approximately 8–12 young people

• Working hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–15:30, Friday 07:00-14:00

• Period: Week 24–Week 33

• Location: Gärdet, central Stockholm

• Lead and distribute daily tasks within the group

• Introduce and support the students in their work assignments

• Ensure that work is performed correctly and safely

• Handle attendance and time reporting

• Act as the contact person between students and management

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

• Class B driver's license

• Cleared criminal record check (required for working with young people)

• Availability for the entire summer period

• Good knowledge of Swedish

• Experience in leading young people (e.g., work, sports, or association activities)

• Experience in park and garden maintenance

• Experience in green space maintenance or similar practical professions
