We are now looking for a Platform Engineer with AI experience who wants to help build robust, scalable, and smart platforms for next-generation products and internal development environments.

This is not a role for someone who just wants to “maintain.” We are looking for someone who wants to build, improve, automate, and challenge how modern platforms should function – from infrastructure and developer experience to AI support in real production environments.

• You have at least 5 years of experience building, operating, and further developing platforms, cloud infrastructure, or internal developer platforms in production environments.
• You have strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• You have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and modern deployment flows.
• You are comfortable with Infrastructure as Code, e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, or similar.
• You have experience with CI/CD, automation, and building developer-friendly platforms that are actually used.
• You understand that platform work is not about technology for technology's sake, but about creating speed, stability, security, and a better developer experience.
• You have practical experience with observability, logging, metrics, and incident response.
• You have worked with security in platforms, e.g., secrets management, IAM, policy enforcement, or compliance-related requirements.
• You have experience supporting or building solutions around AI/ML workloads, such as: operating AI services or models in the cloud, platform support for LLM applications, vector databases, inference pipelines, or GPU-related environments, as well as MLOps, model management, or deployment of AI components.
• You have a pragmatic mindset and can determine when something needs to be elegant – and when it just needs to work properly.
• You take ownership from design to operations and continuous improvement.
• You communicate well and work effectively with developers, architects, product people, and stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

• Experience with platform teams or Internal Developer Platforms.
• Built self-service solutions for development teams.
• Experience with LLM integrations, RAG architecture, or AI support in production systems.
• Worked in a consulting environment or in various technical environments with a high pace of change.
• Interest in open source, developer tools, or technical leadership.
