We are looking for you who are already a restaurant staff member or want to become one, to take your place at Bastard Burgers to cook and serve Sweden's best hamburgers. You are open to varied tasks and can work both in the kitchen and at the cash register. You love food and understand the importance of quality and culinary craftsmanship. As a restaurant staff member at Bastard Burgers, you will work at a high pace, so it is extra important that you understand that communication is crucial for smooth and fun teamwork. There will be stressful moments in a restaurant, but you handle them efficiently and with a solution-focused approach.

You have the right attitude and a wonderful personality, understanding that you are incredibly important to both our guests and your colleagues; therefore, you come to work with great energy – just like the rest of the team. For you, it is a given that guests should receive the best service. Your CV is not as important as your willingness to work and develop together with us – we already have the knowledge and are happy to teach it to you.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education requirements: None
• Experience requirements: None, but previous experience in the restaurant and service industry is a merit
• Language requirements: Speak English or Swedish. It is a merit if you master both languages.
• We appreciate that you are willing to cooperate, have a positive attitude, are engaged with Bastard Burgers, and preferably already know us!
• Opportunity to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• We also appreciate that you live in the vicinity of the unit

Bastard Burgers is a young and fast-growing company that values people. We were founded in Luleå, Sweden, in 2016, and today there are more than 70 Bastard Burgers restaurants throughout Sweden, with additional locations in Finland and Norway!
