We are currently looking for someone to join our unique mission at our store in Fjugesta: contributing to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At Systembolaget, service and care for people and the environment are always at the forefront. The position covers the summer months and is approximately 20 hours per week.

Your Role as a Sales Associate

Store work is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the cash register, manage the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a sales associate, you are the face of Systembolaget. Strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize our work. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Is of legal age (20 years or older) to serve customers purchasing alcohol.
  • Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a great customer experience.
  • Can work varying hours, earliest from 06:00 and latest until 22:00 during June, July, and August.
  • Enjoys collaboration and wants to contribute to reaching our common goals.
  • Has a flexible attitude, a curiosity to learn new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.

Experience in a service profession and/or with food and drink is an asset.
