About the role

Do you want a key role in production and work with improvement efforts close to both technology and people? Then you are our next star!

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician who wants to contribute to high operational reliability, safe production, and continuous development in our operations. As a Maintenance Technician with us, you have a business-critical responsibility to ensure operational reliability and availability of the machine park within your area of responsibility. You work both operationally and developmentally and are an important technical support in the entire production.

Safety is always the highest priority, and you ensure that all work is performed according to the company's requirements, regulations, and applicable legislation.

Your main duties

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machine equipment.
• Ensure that maintenance routines are established, documented, and updated.
• Ensure that relevant spare parts are stored in the spare parts inventory.
• Prepare and participate in larger planned maintenance activities.
• Participate in and conduct test runs.
• Educate and support staff and participate in competence-enhancing activities.
• Analyze losses, bottlenecks, and recurring operational disturbances and drive improvement measures.
• Participate in projects, improvement initiatives, and new installations.
• Develop and improve workflows and working environment with a focus on safety, ergonomics, and productivity.
• Act as technical support throughout the entire production.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with technical education in maintenance, mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent. You have experience of maintenance work in an industrial environment and want to contribute to your own, the department's, and the company's development. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and structured, with a strong safety mindset and take responsibility for your own and others' working environment. You enjoy collaborating but can also take independent responsibility.
