About the Role

This is a full-time summer job lasting until August 31st. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for Telia.

This is a summer position, which implies limited availability for leave.

💼 Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for handling and registering customer orders in various systems. You will work with a wide range of private customer orders and ensure that all information is recorded correctly. A key part of the job is managing registration errors and discrepancies, where you will make your own assessments, partially investigate underlying causes, and drive cases to completion.

The role involves very little or no direct customer contact, meaning the tasks are primarily administrative. Each case requires you to dive into the details, analyze what needs to be done, and take responsibility for finding the right solution.

At the start of your employment, you will receive an introduction and training to ensure you feel confident in your new role.

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Experience in administration/customer service is an asset

In the role of an administrator, it is important that you are engaged and strive to deliver high quality. You possess good analytical skills and are meticulous in your working methods. The role requires you to be self-reliant, take your own initiatives, and have the ability to adapt to changing situations and tasks.

You will work in a team where collaboration and mutual support are central, so we look for a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to the group's common goals.

Salary: According to agreement
