About the Role

This is a full-time summer job lasting until August 31st. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There may be an opportunity to extend the assignment.

This is a summer job, which implies limited availability for leave.

💼 Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for handling and registering customer orders in multiple systems. You will administer a variety of private customer orders and ensure all information is recorded correctly. You will also handle registration errors and discrepancies, with the goal of resolving these cases and keeping both customers and colleagues updated.

The work also involves regular contact with colleagues, and you will become part of a team collaborating to find effective solutions and ensure positive customer experiences.

At the start of your employment, you will receive a comprehensive introduction and training to ensure you feel secure in your new role.

• Administer orders, registration errors, and discrepancies

• Support regarding cases via phone and chat

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Completed high school education

  • You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

  • Experience in administration/customer service is an asset

In the role of Order Administrator, it is important that you are engaged and strive to deliver high service and satisfied customers. You have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as you will handle many different contact points. The role requires you to be self-reliant, take initiative, and have the ability to adapt to changing situations and tasks.

You will work in a team where collaboration and mutual support are central; therefore, we look for a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to the group's common goals.

Salary: According to agreement
