About the position

We are currently looking for a handling designer who can independently drive design assignments from start to finish. In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for your own projects and serve as the main contact for the client
• Perform advanced statistical calculations and develop design solutions
• Create drawings and technical documentation
• Lead and coordinate work with other designers and contractors
• Ensure quality, progress, and delivery in all aspects of your projects

You will become part of our team in Linköping, where 10 engaged colleagues work closely together in an environment characterized by collaboration, quality, and a good atmosphere.

Who are you?

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be self-reliant, confident in your assessments, and accustomed to taking overall responsibility for projects. We are looking for someone who:

• Is a civil engineer or master's level engineer in a relevant field
• Has at least 3 years of experience in design work within residential construction
• Has documented experience of handling projects independently
• Is highly skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and Strusoft
• Communicates well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Finds it easy to collaborate and builds trust with both clients and colleagues
