We are currently seeking a Alarm Cable and District Heating Technician for our maintenance department within district heating and cooling distribution. With us, you will become an important part of ensuring the operational reliability of our networks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will primarily troubleshoot, inspect, monitor, and maintain the alarm systems used to detect leaks in district heating networks. The work is varied and includes both fieldwork and administrative tasks in the office.

You will have many points of contact and collaborate daily with colleagues, contractors, and customers. This makes the work diverse, while also making you part of a team where everyone helps each other, shares knowledge, and solves problems together.

In addition, you will work on new installations and the maintenance of existing pipe networks. Your duties include operational switching, outage planning, customer contact, inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance.

The position is a permanent full-time role, with on-call duty potentially included in the future.

We are looking for someone who is curious and enjoys understanding how things work, and why they sometimes don't. You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your tasks.

You thrive with freedom under responsibility and appreciate switching between independent work and teamwork.

Requirements for the role include:

• Technical education at least at upper secondary school level
• Good computer skills as documentation is done in GIS systems
• Class B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have experience in any of the following:

• Operation and maintenance of district heating networks
• Plumbing and HVAC (VVS)
• Control and regulation technology in thermal plant operations
• Electrical engineering
