RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist with us, you will work with habilitative and rehabilitative measures, as well as early and preventive interventions to strengthen the individual's function, activity capacity, and independence. You have independent responsibility for your assessments and interventions and contribute to developing working methods that promote quality, equity, and good resource utilization.

The assignment involves that you:

• Conduct functional and movement assessments
• Plan and carry out individual rehabilitative interventions
• Work preventively to reduce fall risk and functional impairment
• Strengthen the individual's own resources through training and support
• Prescribe and follow up on technical aids
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff when needed
• Contribute to the development of working methods and routines within the operation

You are part of an interdisciplinary context together with, among others, occupational therapists, nurses, unit managers, and care personnel. A holistic view and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Licensure as a physiotherapist
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Class B driver's license
