Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB is an established home care company founded in 2009. Today, we have approximately 200 employees and operate from six offices in the municipalities of Nacka and Tyresö.

We work in smaller teams to create high continuity for our customers and a safe, sustainable working environment for our staff. Each team is led by a team leader/coordinator and an operations manager responsible for daily operations and ensuring our routines, quality, and values are followed.

About the position

As an employee with us, you will work closely with people in their daily lives. Our customers require both care services and practical support at home and sometimes outside the home. The work is varied, independent, and meaningful.

A large portion of our customers have clear expectations regarding personal continuity, security, and integrity in care situations. Therefore, we currently need to strengthen our teams with staff who can meet these needs in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements for the position:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Qualified Assistant Nurse or equivalent
• Class B driver's license (mandatory)
