Location: Nacka & Tyresö | Employment Level: 75–100 %

Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB is an established home care company founded in 2009. Today, we employ approximately 200 staff members and operate from six offices in the municipalities of Nacka and Tyresö.

We work in smaller teams to create high continuity for our clients and a safe, sustainable working environment for our staff. Each team is led by a team leader/coordinator and a unit manager responsible for daily operations and ensuring that our routines, quality standards, and core values are followed.

About the Position

As a team member with us, you will work closely with people in their daily lives. Our clients require both nursing care and service assistance at home and occasionally outside the home. The work is varied, independent, and meaningful.

A large portion of our clients have clear expectations regarding personal continuity, security, and integrity in care situations. Therefore, we currently need to strengthen our teams with staff who can meet these needs in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements for the position:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Qualified nursing assistant or equivalent
• Class B driver's license (mandatory)
