Attendo Region SÄBO Sydost is seeking a Regional Nurse with a mandate in quality and development work within Health and Medical Services (HSL). Region SÄBO Sydost operates nursing homes both on contract and in-house, currently managing 17 facilities across Halmstad, Ronneby, Växjö, Varberg, Linköping, Motala, Södertälje, and Gotland.
Job Description
Permanent position, 100%
Working hours: Monday - Friday, daytime
Start date: To be agreed upon
Valid driver's license is a requirement
The Regional Nurse will work on behalf of the regional management, in close collaboration with the region's facility managers.
The assignment is regional, implying travel as part of the job, requiring a Class B driver's license. The role is not static but will evolve based on the region's ongoing needs.
Examples of responsibilities include:
Analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate new working methods and processes to improve care and support for our clients. Drive development towards better, safer, and more efficient care. Assist with the launch of new facilities within the region. Conduct investigations according to HSL regulations and follow up on implemented measures. Perform internal audits and follow-ups. Establish routines for new guidelines. Collaborate with licensed personnel at local HSL meetings and network gatherings. Introduce new nurses and assist with training in the health and medical field for all levels if required.
Does this description fit you?
Licensed nurse with experience in elderly care. Class B driver's license. Excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of health and medical documentation. Training initiatives are part of the assignment, requiring strong communication skills. Good teamwork ability is required. You must have the ability to engage people, create a shared vision and participation in change processes, be clear, work systematically, and maintain a broad perspective. It is an asset if you are trained as a district nurse, but not a requirement. Previous experience in quality development within healthcare to improve routines, streamline working methods, and drive quality issues is also an asset.
