Montico in Katrineholm is currently seeking industrial workers with a construction background. The client manufactures prefabricated concrete elements, and tasks include reinforcement and casting. Shift work is required.

The position is a six-month assignment. For the right candidate, there are excellent opportunities to transition into a direct employment contract with the client.

Job Description

Reading blueprints, reinforcing, and casting prefabricated concrete elements. Forklift and overhead crane operation are included.

We are looking for someone who

A high school education in the Construction and Civil Engineering program or equivalent practical vocational training is desirable, but on-the-job training will also be provided.

We are looking for someone who is generally handy, capable of standing work involving heavy lifting, and requires good mobility. The most important qualities are a strong work ethic, willingness, and interest in working and learning. As you will be part of a work team, we expect you to contribute to a positive atmosphere and enjoy working in a team.

You must be able to read and work from blueprints and have sufficient knowledge of Swedish to understand safety instructions both verbally and in writing.
