About the Role
At Burde, we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented International Sales Manager/KAM to become a key part of shaping our global growth strategy. You will do this by identifying, developing, and establishing new markets and business relationships outside of Scandinavia, as well as deepening relationships with existing key accounts within the business area and strengthening them in the long term. The role is both strategic and operational; you will develop and implement strategic market and customer plans, coordinate internal resources to deliver customer solutions that drive growth. In your role, you are responsible for targets, budget, forecasts, and result follow-up. You will use market and customer analysis to ensure an effective and precise sales strategy. You will also negotiate contracts and ensure long-term profitability for our international customers. Together with other colleagues working on the Swedish and Nordic markets, you will be part of our Sales Team.
About You
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales in roles such as Sales Manager or KAM targeting larger customers. You have documented good sales results and experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365. Through your analytical skills and business acumen, you turn insights into clear strategies, which will be a key success factor.
As a person, you are self-driven, initiative-taking, and structured, thriving in a dynamic environment where we work in teams to solve tasks. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently; proficiency in another European language is an asset.
