Uppvidingehus is a municipal housing company with properties in Åseda, Lenhovda, Alstermo, Älghult, and Norrhult/Klavreström.

We are looking for someone who wants to help create a pleasant living environment for our tenants.

In the role of property caretaker, you will be responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of our outdoor environment, cleaning of common areas, and waste management.

The work is very varied.

Common tasks include:

Lawn mowing
Weeding
Cleaning stairwells
Picking up litter

All with the tenants' comfort in focus.

If you have experience with similar tasks, it is an advantage but not a requirement.

We place great importance on your personality and attitude towards the assignment. Responsibility and engagement are important qualities. You enjoy working physically and have good teamwork skills.

We need 2 people to start as agreed.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
