Bevola continues to grow, and we are now strengthening our Swedish team with a Technical Specialist in truck hydraulics.

In this role, you will work closely with both customers and colleagues, contributing technical expertise in solution dialogues and business where hydraulics are central.

This is a role for you who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and customer dialogues and who wants to use your practical experience in a more business-oriented role.

Your role with us

As a technical specialist, you will be an important part of our Swedish team and serve as the link between technology, customer, and business.

You will work closely with our salespeople and help develop the right hydraulic solutions for different types of trucks and superstructures. In many deals, your technical expertise is crucial to finding the best solution for the customer.

The role is primarily based in Växjö, but you will occasionally accompany the salespeople in customer meetings when technology is at the center.

What you will work on

• Develop hydraulic solutions for trucks and superstructures
• Provide technical support to the sales organization
• Participate in customer dialogues and technical solution discussions
• Contribute to quotation work and technical specifications
• Ensure that the right solutions are developed from the start

Who we believe you are

You are a person who enjoys technology and problem-solving and thrives when you can use your experience to help both colleagues and customers.

You do not need to be an engineer. We believe that you are currently working closely with technology.

You could be:

• vehicle technician
• truck mechanic
• service technician
• hydraulic technician
• superstructure technician

The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in technology and experience with hydraulics or vehicles.
